Online Shop Returns Policy
Change of mind (14 days – Australia only)
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery for orders placed within Australia. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, hair-free, odour-free, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping: at the buyer’s cost for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds: issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: available where stock allows. The buyer covers both return postage and the cost of reshipping the replacement.
How to lodge a return or exchange
Email admin@rescues4pets.com.au with your order number, item(s), and reason (refund or exchange + preferred size/colour). We’ll reply with return instructions. Please use tracked postage; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-returnable items (unless faulty)

Custom or personalised items (e.g. engraved tags, made-to-measure apparel)

Clearance/“final sale” items clearly marked as such

Gift cards and digital downloads

Items returned used, soiled, or damaged, or without original packaging/tags
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at admin@rescues4pets.com.au within a reasonable time with photos and your order number.

We’ll assess under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement or refund.

For approved faults or our packing errors, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return postage.

Please report transit damage promptly and keep packaging for assessment.
International orders
We do not accept returns or exchanges for international purchases unless the item is faulty or not as described under the Australian Consumer Law. Duties, taxes and international shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your rights under the ACL
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy for goods that are faulty or not as described.
